When and why did you start your streaming journey, and what initially inspired you to join the NSFW streaming community?
chipJack: I started streaming on Joystick after briefly dabbling with sfw streaming in the past because I saw the streamers on the site having fun and getting to be more free with their language, dress, and actions than on any of the other gaming-centric platforms for streamers right now. I decided to give it a go and the community has been AMAZING! I liked the focus on gaming with the flexibility to do more if desired. Joystick itself inspired me to try nsfw streaming, and I definitely think of myself as more of a gaming streamer than a cammer, though all are welcome!
Why did you choose Joystick.tv as a streaming platform?
chipJack: Whether I am streaming sfw or nsfw content, I really love how kind and supportive the vast majority of users are on this platform! The dev team definitely puts streamer safety as a top priority, and the platform is kind to its creators and its users overall. Being able to be a part of Joystick from early in its development has been amazing, and seeing the site and my own community grow has been a rewarding journey for the past two years.
I love that you have so much freedom as a streamer to choose what your streams are like, how they feel, and how they flow. Tip menu flexibility lets users interact in big and small ways, and if always gated by the streamer’s comfort level. Things like Lovense integration, tip wheels, and milestones add incentives for users to engage and be a part of the stream too, but there is still plenty of fun to be had when those things are not going on. I just love how warm and kind a community JSTV has gathered.
What do you enjoy the most about streaming on Joystick.tv?
chipJack: My favorite part of streaming on Joystick is the kindness and sense of community among the streamers! Nearly everyone I have encountered is happy to lift up their fellow streamers, dropping in is a huge part of helping our followers discover new streamers, people are so kind to new streamers and streamers celebrating milestones, it’s just really nice to be a part of. It feels like we all view JSTV as our place, and want to welcome in new people and ideas unanimously.
What video games/hobbies do you prefer to stream?
chipJack: I change my rotation every now and then, but right now I play Dredge and Silksong weekly, occasional Minecraft, Animal Crossing, Persona 5, and Arc Raiders, and sprinkle in other things like productivity, cooking, and yoga!
What do you do when you’re not streaming?
chipJack: When I’m not streaming, I am trying my best to cultivate a well-rounded grown up life and routine, haha. Cooking balanced meals, furthering my college education, learning new skills, and of course maintaining a healthy and robust social support network of friends and loved ones! And… almost always hosting one or more kitties on my warm soft lap 🙂
